Over at Visayas Avenue I counted over 3,000 tiles with the “HB” (Mayor Herbert Bautista) branding. At a conservative estimate of 30 pesos per tile, that is easily 90,000 pesos that could have gone to better things @_@ To QC admins credit, I am glad in their new garbage collection schemes but work will speak for itself. All the branding they do, just detracts from their sincerity for good governance.
